A native of Albuquerque and a long-time supporter of the arts, Regina managed the Arts Program of the Albuquerque International Sunport for seven years then transferred to the City of Albuquerque Economic Development Department where she focused on arts and cultural economic development and small business incentives. In 2007, she formed her consultancy, Cultural Econ, planning cultural tourism and economic strategies for communities. She recently accepted the position of Executive Director of the newly transformed Creative Albuquerque, a non-profit whose mission is to grow the creative economy through education, information, advocacy and leadership.
